Signing up to Plush took under a minute. Just one page where you fill in personal details and then it’s walking you through your first deposit. I was impressed that it reminded you of the details of the Welcome Bonus, at this stage. At some Casinos, whilst you know you’re getting a bonus, you’re often not sure exactly how much it’s going to be. This can lead to you having to open up other tabs and double check, in order to guarantee the maximum amount you’re entitled to.
Website Layout and Customer Support
The design of Plush is pretty simple. It’s uncluttered, and your Cash and Bonus balances are clearly shown at the top of the lobby page. Also, the wagering is displayed accurately and put centre stage, just below these amounts. The games are divided up into different sections, but these divisions seem fairly arbitrary. I’m not sure what “players favourites” really means, and I doubt very much it’s collected from any real data. Although, maybe we should give them the benefit of the doubt, as there were a good few games in that section that I enjoy playing.
Payments, Withdrawals & Other Info
It’s so disappointing that we never managed to get a withdrawal! The video at the bottom of the page shows the sort of swings you can expect, even when playing at reasonable stakes. I have to talk about the cap that Plush impose upon Bonus winnings, as this cast a bit of a long shadow over the early win I got whilst playing there. Personally, I would much rather that the wagering requirements were higher, if they need to protect themselves financially, as we’re all dreaming of hitting a huge win; and the idea of it being in any way capped really puts a downer on the experience. However, bonuses over 100% (Plush has a 1st bonus Cash Match of 200%) are pretty rare, and I really think you’re getting good value with those high cash match bonuses. If you’re measuring it in terms of pure entertainment, you’re getting a lot of play for a relatively small deposit. And converting £50 to £400 would still be a good day for most people.
Plush has a lot of new games that aren’t available in other Casinos, and this is a great reason to sign up. You should always pay attention to the terms and conditions of any Online Casino, and I think it would be unfair to bash Plush for how they’ve chosen to layout their welcome bonus. It is what it is. You’ve got the chance to deposit £50, and play with £150, and it’s clear from my experience that you could definitely get lucky and turn this around. Sadly, that didn’t happen for me. Maybe they will reconsider their hard cap on Bonus conversions in the future, and at that point I’ll definitely revisit.
